Tell the coffee shop you have arrived so the team knows you are close.
Pick up from your car
Your order comes to you while you stay in your car, with no need to go inside. You pay the coffee shop directly at handover.

Pickup without a phone call

We use your location on your device only to sort branches by distance, and we do not store it on our servers.
How you pay
Payment is made directly to the coffee shop when you pick up your order. The platform does not collect your money in this mode.

Coffee Mug helps coffee shops organise car pickup orders and ease the crowd at the handover point.
Orders ready to prepare
Orders reach the branch as soon as they are placed, with no phone follow-up. The coffee shop collects the payment directly at pickup.

The branch team is alerted to new orders and to the customer's arrival, so handover happens on time.
